We provide an escrow service under an associated company, Battersby and Co Escrow Services Limited.

This facility is used principally to hold computer source code in escrow for software licensees within the terms of specific escrow contracts, generally on an annual subscription basis. 

All escrow material is registered and lodged in a safety deposit box in the vault of an Auckland registered bank.
